Craft Arts International featured a great story on Manon van Kouswijk back in 2011 entitled Conceptual Rigours. The article gives a great insight into Kouswijk's conceptual ideas and inspiration. Thank you Lousje Skala for an insightful piece!

Spring Artist of the month - Bridget Bodenham

Bridget Bodenham's work has a lovely immediacy to the shapes and forms she creates. The individual links in her porcelain Chain Neckpiece or Blue &White Rings  leave a trace of the maker's hand and the ceramic process. A very talented artist who is equally comfortable hand making porcelain jewellery or tableware. Her range of Tea Towels ( that compliment her spoons, cups and bowls beautifully) show her deft line work - freeform, expressive and delightful!

White Heat opening night @ Gaffa

A huge thanks to everyone who supported us and came down to Gaffa on Thursday night!
I was a bit overwhelmed by the opening and the fantastic turn out - great to see you all.

Graeme Bannerman's work on the touch table was a BIG hit! Well done Graeme - you may have produced some of the work in the eleventh hour but it was worth it!

 Touch Table was a hit with adults and children alike!

A BIG thanks to Jane & Matina for the amazing flowers - I felt very spoilt! Now my house has flowers in every room...lovely.
